Root, is a human-like tree that was made from growing as a plant with the help of a secret potion. He has the characteristics of a tree and his but has the body of a human. Remember His Mission Root knows that his mission is to protect the wildlife and care for nature as he would a loved one. He remembers to put nature before himself, and be there to tend to the animals and trees whenever in distress 2. Don't Be Spotted By Humans Root is of course a very unique being with special abilities, and part of his role is to not be spotted by humans. If humans were to find out that species like Root exists, they would more than likely be interested in capturing him and keeping him from completing his mission because he would be in captivity.
