Root The Tree Man

Here is a poem from Root expressing his feelings about his duties and role.                                                                              Every journey here to save Never viewing stars at night Only seeing fathers sight Saving trees feeling brave Never do things out of spite Have to stay away from rain  Above the trees taking flight This is how I must remain

 

Root contributes improving the quality of life in the wilderness. Root's mission is to save animals and their habitats, and in the process helps Humans too. When Root defends the wildlife by reversing deforestation, he protects the habitat which helps the species of animals or insects live on. Also, when he replants trees, that helps Humans because, trees absorb co2 in the atmosphere and give off oxygen as a result, which helps keep a clean living environment and healthy air for both humans and animals.

Root has a very unique origin. Root was planted in your typical garden, but with the help of a special potion called "Growth Spurt". and in the span of 3 months he grew into a sapling. from there we raised him up into the man he is today

Root has had extensive aerial training in his field. From the day he was fully grown, we have gone through dozens of flight drills to get him into peak flying shape so he can be as fast and nimble as possible. Root, would know exactly what do do in the event of a wildfire or other such events. We have also trained his senses, by performing drills on detection, where we would go miles out into the woods and make a distress call and calculate his time and speed, to further sharpen his abilities, so when there is real danger to the animals, he can be there in as little time as possible. We obviously don't speak with trees, but we helped introduce him to his talent with being able to feel which trees are in need of help, and be able to plant trees at an impressive rate, and tend to them to help them grow again as soon as possible

Root understands his responsibilities as a wildlife protector. Being in his position, he has certain rules that are necessary to follow. 1. Remember His Mission Root knows that his mission is to protect the wildlife and care for nature as he would a loved one. He remembers to put nature before himself, and be there to tend to the animals and trees whenever in distress 2. Don't Be Spotted By Humans Root is of course a very unique being with special abilities, and part of his role is to not be spotted by humans. If humans were to find out that species like Root exists, they would more than likely be interested in capturing him and keeping him from completing his mission because he would be in captivity. So, Root makes the effort to avoid human contact, so he will not be hindered in caring for the environment. 3. Root regards his creator as father because we have a personal relationship with each other and we have helped teach him ethics, and helped show him his purpose in life. We helped him grow into the person he is and helped him understand his duties as a wildlife protector. We felt it was necessary to lead a good example for Root, especially considering he is going to be a symbol of hope for the wildlife once he goes on his journey.

Root is gifted with a special connection to the environment. He has an increased sense of awareness to trees and other wildlife. He can sense 

Root, is a human-like tree that was made from growing as a plant with the help of a secret potion. He has the characteristics of a tree and his but has the body of a human. Root is small as a pencil is and about 7 ½ tall . Due to his tree-like abilities he can smell when rain is coming and has wings made of leaves. Root is small but mighty as a bear.      Root specializes in reversing the effects of deforestation. He does this by using his connection to the wilderness to hear distress among the wildlife, and senses when there has been deforestation. Also, he can use his extraordinary eyesight to spot the humans when they are trying to cut the trees down. When alerted of such acts, he flies to the affected area, feels the roots to see which trees are damaged and plants seeds accordingly, and as soon as possible. When his job is complete, he rejuvenates his abilities by experiencing the sweet taste of berries when he eats them.      Root has a very specific flight path for his duties.
